On March 29, 2022, UGOI MIR held a consultation with Larisa Gilemkhanova, Chief expert of the Consumer Protection Department of the Rospotrebnadzor Office for the Republic of Belarus.
Larisa Rinatovna told us what appeals from citizens are received by the Department of Rospotrebnadzor in the Republic of Belarus, how to apply, and named the hotline number. The following issues were considered: the purchase of goods of proper or improper quality, the provision of services of proper or improper quality, the purchase of goods in a peddling trade, equity participation agreements, computer and phone repairs, orders in online stores, and others. Larisa Rinatovna answered the questions of the participants, as well as the question sent via Whatsapp.
