On April 21, 2021, the open draughts tournament among people with disabilities in Ufa "Draughts against Drugs" was held at the Club-Museum "Koshkin House" of UGOI MIR.
The tournament was attended by children aged 8-12, boys and girls aged 13-17, men and women aged 18-65, as part of 9 teams of schools, gymnasiums and organizations of the disabled.
The guests from Kumertau, the team of the Kumertau neuropsychiatric boarding school, also participated.
All participants have been registered. At the end of the competition, Marat Magasumov, a social teacher at the Danko Youth club, gave a short lecture on the dangers of drugs for the children.
The chief judge of the competition is the international draughts master Mars Kimovich Fayzutdinov. We also thank the teachers accompanying the teams from schools and boarding schools for their help in holding the competitions.
Competition results.
Children 8-12 years old: first place Migranov Rustem, second place Pshenitsin Danil, third place Saraeva Julia. All members of the Ufa Correctional Boarding School No. 28 team.
Boys and girls aged 13-17:
- first place Gazetdinov Salavat, Republican Art Boarding School named after K.A. Davletkildeev;
- The second place was taken by Amir Gaziev, a brother of the Oktyabrsky district of Ufa;
- third place is Nigmatullin Linar, Republican Art Boarding School named after K.A. Davletkildeev.
Men and women, 18-65 years old:
- first place Gallyamov Nail, BROTHERS of the Ufa region;
- second place Khamitova Rosa, draughts club "Mir" UGOI "MIR";
- The third place was awarded to Zinnatov Shamil, the MIR draughts club.
The winners in the individual competition were awarded with cups (for first places), medals, diplomas, and prizes. The children received sweet treats.
Congratulations to the winners, and we wish good luck, patience, and improved checkers skills to those who did not take the first places!
A bonus master class of the game with the competition judge Mars Kimovich, the European veteran champion in 2006, has been prepared for the winners in the 13-17 years category.
The winners of the tournament among teenagers Gazetdinov Salavat and Gaziev Amir – for black checkers; Mars Kimovich – for white checkers are invited to participate in the game.
