On August 23-25, 2021, fishing competitions were held in the Buzdyaksky district on a reservoir near the village of Bogady. The program of the event included fishing, fish soup, barbecue, relaxing on the pond, swimming. The main prizes are 2 cups for the winners (one for men and one for women).
The organizers were Ural Kandry, UGOI MIR Ufa.
Those who wished could stay in cabins on the lake shore for a small fee. But, of course, mostly everyone preferred to spend the night and rest in tents, and some in cars.
The nights were warm. There are plenty of fish in the lake, and fishing is free. Then they cooked fish soup out of all the fish they caught, just to be "delicious."
In the evenings, Olga sang wonderful bard songs to the accompaniment of a guitar. Everyone was sitting on the shore of the lake, it was quiet, and the songs of Okudzhava and Vizbor could be heard far across the lake. Periodically, large birds flew over the lake, probably herons. A large moon and a golden moon path across the lake completed this idyll.
And what a miracle it is to fish early, early in the morning! There is silence all around, the water is smooth, only the float "gurgles" when you throw the tackle. Beauty!
And then, of course, the awards found their heroes - they received cups, honey, and other prizes for various fishing nominations.
