A free legal consultation was held at UGOI MIR

On October 8, 2021, the Ufa City Organization for the Disabled "MIR" held a free legal consultation with Safin Bulat Anvarovich, lawyer of the Muratov and Partners Bar Association of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Using the example of a question from one of the participants about the garage, Bulat Anvarovich said that on September 1, 2021, the law "On Garage Amnesty" came into force, according to which you can request to provide a plot of land located under the garage for free use. The new law obliges the administration to carry out land surveying independently at its own expense.

Recommendations were also given for other questions from the consultation participants.
