On July 28, 2022, a physical culture and sports triathlon event was held in Nagaevo village among people with disabilities. The competitions were held at the ANO DOBRO sports club.
The competitions included the following types::
- - "Push-ups from the floor";
- - "Pulling up the torso on the hands from a horizontal position";
- - "Squat".
19 people took part in the competition. The competitions were held amicably. The guys really wanted to win, so everyone tried and made efforts to show the best results. Squatting was not easy for all participants, especially those with prosthetics. But it was also not easy to do push-ups and pull-ups. Conclusion: you need to exercise regularly in order to be in good athletic shape.
In addition, it was decided to gradually hand over the TRP standards according to the standards, in order to receive a certificate later, and preferably a gold TRP badge.
Competition results:
Men over 18 years old:
- 1st place – Alik Sarvaleev;
- 2nd place – Khakimov Farit;
- 3rd place – Sergey Shushin.
Women over 18 years of age:
- 1st place – Akhmetshina Raila;
- 2nd place – Kovyazina Zoya;
- 3rd place – Shchekaturova Nadezhda.
The girls and boys were represented in the singular, and they had no one to compete with: Mikhail Mukhamedshin took 1st place for the boys, Snezhana Zhukova took 1st place for the girls.
After summing up the results of the competition, the winners were awarded with medals and diplomas. Winners Alik Sarvaleev and Raila Akhmetshina were also awarded cups.
After the competition, a picnic was organized in a picturesque place, where all participants were fed stewed potatoes with vegetables and meat.
