On March 2, 2021, the Ufa City Organization for the Disabled "MIR" held another job fair for people with disabilities.
Representatives of 14 Ufa organizations took part in this event: city-forming enterprises, retail chains, design, educational and service centers.
At the fair, the Main Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise for the Republic of Belarus of the Russian Ministry of Labor not only advised people with disabilities on various issues, but also selected applicants to work in their organization.
At this event, the chief inspectors of the GKU TSN worked with applicants. Ufa and the main and leading inspectors of branches of GKU TSN Ufa for Sovetsky, Oktyabrsky and Ordzhonikidze districts, a specialist in employment at the VOG.
A total of 26 applicants took part in the job fair, including those with hearing and musculoskeletal disabilities (representatives of the disabled).
For three applicants, a selection of vacant positions in Ufa was carried out among those published on the interactive portal "Work Bashkortostan" and on the website of the UGOI "MIR". During the fair, applicants were interviewed in order to quickly notify them about various events and promotions for people with disabilities in Ufa and other cities of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Information coverage of the fair and practical support in the preparation of the event was provided by the Department for Work with Veterans and the Disabled of the city administration. Ufa RB under the leadership of Rezeda Munavirovna Askarova.
The staff of the Ufa city Organization of the Disabled "MIR" sincerely thanks employers and specialists for their active and thorough work with people with disabilities to select jobs for them. The next job fair is scheduled for April 2021.
