On December 17, 2020, the Ufa City Organization for the Disabled "MIR" hosted another job fair for people with various disabilities.
People with disabilities worked at this event:
- Chief Inspector of the Department of career guidance and organizational and methodological work TSN G. Ufa Drozdova Alina Favatovna;
- Chief Inspector of the TSN Branch Ufa in the Oktyabrsky district Makeeva Inna Vyacheslavovna;
- the leading inspector of the TSN Branch Ufa in the Sovetsky district Mishakova Marina Valeryevna;
- employment specialist Bashvog Zagidullina Kira Anatolyevna.
Representatives of the following employers attended the fair:
- Zhilkomservice LLC,
- SUE RB Ufavodokanal,
- GKU RB "Economic Management No. 2",
- MADOU Kindergarten No. 284,
- MADOU DO DUC "SALAM",
- Municipal Unitary Enterprise ERC Ufa,
- JSC "Thunder",
- The Madeka company.
A wide-ranging survey of job seekers was conducted at the fair.
The staff of UGOI MIR also organized a survey of applicants in order to create a database of people with disabilities for their quick notification in the future about various events and actions for people with disabilities in Ufa.
At the request of individual applicants, a selection of vacant positions in Ufa was carried out among those published on the interactive portal "Work Bashkortostan" and on the website of the UGOI "MIR".
Everyone present received the latest newspaper "The Invalid" and a magazine based on the materials of the theater competition among the disabled "Touch".
A total of 18 applicants took part in the job fair, including those with hearing and visual impairments.
This event was supervised by Rezeda Munavirovna Askarova, Head of the Department for Work with Veterans and the Disabled of the Ufa City Administration. This department of the Ufa city administration provided serious support to the UGOI MIR in practical training, as well as in information coverage of the fair.
