The first winter month is traditionally eventful. So this year, 2020, December began with a series of interesting events. On December 2, the Ufa Sports Training Center hosted a sitting volleyball tournament dedicated to the International Day of the Disabled. Students of the Bashkir Institute of Physical Culture (BIFK) and the MIR team of disabled people played. Four teams participated in total – AFK BIFK, FC-1 BIFK, FC-2 BIFK, MIR.
The games were held in a friendly, positive atmosphere. The coaches of the teams, Igor Ivanovich Syusin and Elena Ivanovna Yashina, set the athletes up for victory. The game for the first place turned out to be bright. The home team, MIR, did not want to give victory to their rivals, BIFK's team, so they fought to the last. But the youth and enthusiasm of the students this time took over the experience and fitness of the disabled.
With a slight advantage in points, the first place was taken by the BIFKa team! Congratulations guys!
The long-awaited cup was solemnly presented to the students.
The MIR team took the second place. The best athletes were also awarded with diplomas. We are looking forward to the next games.
