On June 15, 2022, an open sitting volleyball tournament among people with disabilities was held at the Sports Training Center of the Republic of Bashkortostan (24/1 Sultanova St.). Students of the Department of Adaptive Physical Education of BIFKa and young athletes of the Sports Youth School No. 34 in volleyball were invited to the tournament.
The games between the teams turned out to be intense and spectacular. We can say that the experience was crucial this time – the MIR team of disabled volleyball players won.
The next games are planned in September – the Russian sitting volleyball Championship among the teams of the university departments of adaptive physical education, and our MIR team; and in October-November 2022 – the Russian Sitting Volleyball Championship in Ramenskoye, Moscow region, among the teams of disabled people with disabilities.
